1. Overview
Teskvral operates in accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) and similar applicable copyright frameworks. We will respond promptly to notices of alleged copyright infringement that comply with the requirements described in this policy.
If you believe that content available on or through the Teskvral platform infringes one or more of your copyrights, you may submit a written notification to our designated Copyright Agent using the contact information provided below.
2. Reporting Copyright Infringement
To file a valid DMCA takedown notice, your written communication must include all of the following elements:
- A physical or electronic signature of the person authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner.
- Identification of the copyrighted work or works you claim have been infringed. If multiple works are covered by a single notification, a representative list of such works is acceptable.
- Identification of the material that is claimed to be infringing or to be the subject of infringing activity, and information reasonably sufficient to permit us to locate the material on our platform (such as a URL or specific description).
- Your contact information, including your name, mailing address, telephone number, and email address.
- A statement that you have a good faith belief that the use of the material in the manner complained of is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or applicable law.
- A statement that the information in the notification is accurate, and under penalty of perjury, that you are the copyright owner or are authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner.

Please note that under applicable law, any person who knowingly materially misrepresents that material is infringing may be subject to liability.
4. Counter-Notification Procedure
If you believe that material you posted on the Teskvral platform was removed or disabled as a result of a mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notification to our Copyright Agent. To be valid, your counter-notification must include:
- Your physical or electronic signature.
- Identification of the material that has been removed or disabled and the location at which it appeared before removal or disabling.
- A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief that the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification.
- Your name, address, and telephone number.
- A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of a competent court and that you will accept service of process from the person who provided the original takedown notice or their agent.
Upon receipt of a valid counter-notification, Teskvral will forward a copy to the original complaining party and may restore the removed material within ten (10) to fourteen (14) business days, unless the copyright owner files an action seeking a court order against the content provider.
5. Repeat Infringer Policy
Teskvral maintains a strict policy regarding repeat infringers. In appropriate circumstances, Teskvral will terminate the accounts of users who are determined to be repeat infringers of copyright or other intellectual property rights.
6. Modification of Content
Teskvral reserves the right to remove or disable access to any content that is alleged to infringe the copyright of any person, at our sole discretion and without prior notice. We also reserve the right to terminate the access of any user who submits false or misleading DMCA notices.
